ABOUT THE COMPANY:

TalentBurst, Inc. (“TalentBurst”) provides human capital management and IT managed services to over eighty Fortune 1000 corporations. The Company caters to the staffing and managed service needs of a diverse set of industries, including healthcare, biotechnology, financial services, and government industries. The company also provides services in the areas of high hazard payroll, 1099/IC validation, and general labor compliance.

SITUATION:

TalentBurst was seeking to expand its technology-based service offerings and IBA Software Technologies regional target to fulfill its growth strategy.

ENGAGEMENT:

G2 represented TalentBurst as its exclusive buy-side and corporate development advisor responsible for executing the LOI to Close process. G2 was able to assist the Company in conducting the due-diligence process and negotiate a successful close for both parties.

OUTCOME:

TalentBurst engaged with IBA regarding its intent to acquire and integrate IBA’s operations into the Company’s offerings. TalentBurst acquired IBA Software Technologies, Inc. Details and terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. The acquisition allowed TalentBurst to expand its core service offerings, strengthen its market presence as a leading provider of IT staff augmentation and managed services, and gain credibility with IBA’s 40-year track record as a technical staffing provider for Fortune 500 corporations.
