O2 engaged G2 Capital Advisors (G2) as the exclusive buy-side advisor for 4M to identify, source, and activate service-aligned janitorial businesses that would extend its geographic footprint and service capabilities. G2’s mandate led to the acquisition of LCS Facility Group (LCS), a family-owned commercial cleaning provider headquartered in Poughkeepsie, NY. The acquisition offers 4M entrance into a new geographic territory, the addition of many new blue-chip clients in the healthcare, education, and commercial facility industries, and the addition of over 450 team members. “LCS is a highly respected name in commercial cleaning in New York and out-of-state markets,” said Tim Murch 4M CEO. “LCS has built its business on service reliability, integrity, and innovation and is rightly respected by area facility management professionals.
