Victoria Arrigoni is a Managing Director and Industrials & Manufacturing Practice Lead at G2 Capital Advisors with over 15 years of experience in the product manufacturing, institutional investing and advisory services. She advises companies and institutions looking to support rapid growth, mergers and acquisitions, or faced with complex challenges. Based in Boston, her clients include leading middle market companies, private equity firms and lending institutions.

Prior to joining G2 Capital Advisors in 2011, Victoria was at Legg Mason, investing on behalf of institutional clients within the industrials and manufacturing, metals and mining, oil and gas, and utilities sectors. Her responsibilities included valuation, modeling, and assessing company management, regulatory environments and macroeconomic opportunities and risks. Victoria also actively led new product development initiatives within the firm. Prior to Legg Mason, Victoria was an R&D Mechanical Engineer with Hewlett-Packard, focusing on identifying and implementing efficiency gains in the product development cycle–from product concept to final design, tooling and manufacturing. Victoria’s contributions led to shorter development cycles, reduced costs and more cost-effective transition to high volume manufacturing for printer products.

Victoria graduated from University of California, San Diego with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. She also holds an MBA from Yale University, School of Management and has earned the right to use the CFA® designation.

Victoria currently resides in Boston, Massachusetts with her family and enjoys painting, swimming/cycling/running (as a temporarily retired triathlete!), and hiking with her husband and daughters.
