Restructuring

The Company retained G2 to assist in developing an financial restructuring plan.

G2 worked with the company to size liquidity and conducted an operational restructuring.

G2 successfully completed an operation restructuring of the Company. Leading to an eventual Article 9 used to rightsized the balance sheet and alleviate the business of excess debt.

The Company G2 to serve as a financial advisor following the work completed in 2022 with a scope involved negotiating an amendment with the lenders. G2 worked closely with the sponsor and management team to assess the liquidity need and long-term forecast to support the liquidity need and proposal.

G2 was engaged to perform a Phase 1 assessment.

G2 was engaged as Chief Restructuring Officer (“CRO”). Through the CRO, G2 developed and executed liquidity management tactics for the Company and its stakeholders.

G2 quickly ran a comprehensible process where G2 was able to collect large receivables and build up and sell the additional inventory.

G2 was retained to conduct a Phase 1 Assessment and developed a thorough report around the Company’s financials, liquidity, and macroeconomic environment.
