The Company manufactures envelopes in the northeast and offers flexography printing; customized solutions, including EDI integration, 3rd party solutions, summary invoicing, online catalogs with corporate specific items, inventory release, inventory tracking, online proofing, and warehouse integration, and logistics services.
The Company had a challenging capital structure and needed to right-size for its current financial profile. There was also a series of operational missteps that led to low margins and a poor supply chain. Key shareholders did not see eye to eye on the best way to solve these problems, creating a nonconstructive work environment.
G2 was engaged by the Company to lead an operational restructuring of the business, as well as improve reporting capabilities and advise the Company on how to best address liquidity shortfalls. Family ownership had unique dynamics that until G2 resolved had greatly hindered progress.
G2 helped the Company implement financial and organizational management improvements and manufacturing efficiencies that allowed the Company to refinance its debt and led to an eventual sale of the business.
