ABOUT THE COMPANY:
ADS Logistics is an $80MM leading supplier of logistics services for the metals industry in the U.S. The Company provides transportation and warehousing services for a variety of producers, distributors, and processors.
SITUATION:
Originally a sponsor-owned company, ADS Logistics struggled to meet its covenants – and a syndicate of creditors led a 363 credit bid to acquire the assets and implement a comprehensive restructuring – with the intention of leveraging their initial investments.
ENGAGEMENT:
G2 led a financial, operational, and capital restructuring – followed by an operational revitalization and exit strategy.
OUTCOME:
ADS Logistics successfully executed its objectives, which led to a highly successful outcome for all parties. The transaction was successfully executed at a market-based enterprise value. ADS Logistics, now a profitable business with a promising future, was sold to Linx Partners within 90 days of initiating an LOI.
