Since joining G2 in 2016 as a Vice President, Casteleyn has been instrumental in the growth of the platform bringing significant experience, dedication, and continued leadership to the firm.

During his 20-year career as an investment banker and advisor within the Transportation & Logistics space, Chris has advised business owners, shareholders, and C-level executives across every aspect of growth and value realization through mergers, acquisitions, divestiture transactions, as well as strategic assessments. His contributions have been vital to cultivating the success of our firm.

Andrew McAteer has been appointed as Vice President and Cullen Moore as Senior Analyst. Andrew and Cullen are based in Boston and report to Howard Lanser, Managing Director & Head of Capital Markets.

Andrew brings extensive capital markets, M&A, and corporate finance advisory experience to the Firm and will be responsible for sourcing, structuring and executing debt and equity raises for both private and public middle-market companies. Andrew holds Series 79, Series 82, and Series 63 licenses.

Prior to joining G2, Andrew was a Vice President at Wells Fargo where he focused on structuring and executing senior debt financings for leveraged buyouts, M&A and recapitalizations. At Wells Fargo, Andrew successfully transacted over $2B of new debt origination and refinancing primarily for sponsor-backed businesses across several industries including but not limited to; manufacturing, software & technology, industrials, consumer goods, distribution and healthcare.

Cullen was an Analyst in the Leveraged Finance Group at Goldman Sachs, providing advisory services related to clients’ capital structure needs, structuring and executing senior debt transactions, and acting as a liaison between the lender syndicates and corporate clients.

Christopher has specialized in operational restructuring and turnarounds through his comprehensive consulting and hands-on operational experience. Christopher has provided expert advisory guidance to companies requiring revitalization, including improving product profitability, reducing costs, managing pricing, building lean manufacturing, enhancing asset utilization, refining sourcing, and enhancing supply chains.
Before joining G2, Christopher was a senior Executive with Novolex Packaging, where he was Head of Operations Strategy and Continuous Improvement across a global manufacturing network. He championed operational excellence and lean manufacturing techniques to drive performance efficiency, establish manufacturing standards, and institute operational savings. In addition, he was responsible for warehouse distribution consolidation and M&A integration.
Prior to Novolex, Christopher served as a C-level Executive for multiple growth stage entrepreneurial ventures and a Director at AlixPartners Restructuring, leading value creation initiatives for private equity clients and various corporations in distressed or bankruptcy environments. Additionally, Christopher brings over a decade of experience in operational consulting with Booz Allen Hamilton.

Prior to joining G2, McCormack most recently oversaw all HR operations at Beyond Finance and its affiliate partners across the US as Vice President, Human Resources.

Before joining Beyond Finance in 2017, McCormack was Director of Talent Management at Trinity Partners, where she led their talent programs that included learning and development, annual performance planning, people operations and culture management. Prior to that, she was a Manager in the Leadership Development group for Bain Capital, LLC designing and implementing best in class leadership training and development programs globally.

McCormack began her career in human resources & spent over a decade working at Deloitte and PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. Amy holds a B.S. degree in Mass Communications from the University of Hartford.

Ben Wright promoted to Chief Operating Officer. Wright joined G2 in 2014 as a Vice President specializing in sell-side, buy-side, and capital raise investment banking services. Ben’s experience and dedication to the team has had significant impact on the firm’s rapid growth. After supporting the Company as the Director of Operations for the last two years, he will continue to support firm efforts as Chief Operating Officer with focused attention on ensuring long-term success through effective mandate execution, resourcing, recruitment and overall organizational development.

Matthew Konkle promoted to Head of Industry Teams. Konkle joined G2 in 2016 as the Technology and Business Services Practice Leader. Konkle has distinguished himself throughout his career not only by his financial acumen but by his executive management and relationship skills. A recognized leader in the ecommerce industry with deep operational experience in outsourced business models and technology, his knowledge and experience will serve him in providing strategic leadership to the firm’s industry investment banking teams.

Victoria Arrigoni promoted to Industrials & Manufacturing Practice Leader. Arrigoni joined G2 in 2011 with over 14 years of experience in product manufacturing, institutional investing, and financial advisory services. A prominent force in the firm’s middle market transactional efforts advising companies and institutions through a variety of complex situations, Arrigoni will focus her efforts on continued development of the firms’ Industrials & Manufacturing practice.

Konstantin Danilov promoted to Vice President. Danilov joined G2 in 2018 and his efforts have focused on the support of special situation and restructuring clients facing financial, liquidity, operational, or market challenges. Konstantin has been tremendously influential in assisting clients by leveraging his bankruptcy advisory background to assist in assessing and implementing financial and operational restructuring strategies.

Following these promotions G2 announces five key additions to the firm including Jeffrey Varsalone, Managing Director; Mike Williams, Director Industrials & Manufacturing; Jennifer Johnson, VP of Marketing; MatthewBall, Associate; and Jacob Blau, Analyst.                                                

JeffreyVarsalone,Managing Director in Special Situationsbrings nearly 20 years of experience to the G2 team with a focus on distressed transactions, including restructuring, turnarounds, workouts, going concern asset sales and representing various stakeholders and parties-in-interest in out of court restructurings and chapter 11 bankruptcies.  Prior to joining G2 Capital Advisors, Jeff spent several years in leadership roles in the restructuring groups of three of the largest accounting and financial advisory firms in the U.S. Jeff earned his Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law, where he served as an editor for the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review, and holds his Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston College.

Michael Williams, Director in Industrials & Manufacturing brings over 12 years of investment banking and financial advisory experience executing mergers, acquisitions, capital market financings, corporate strategy and shareholder defense assignments. Prior to joining G2, Mike was at Harris Williams providing advisory services to private and publicly traded companies on mergers, acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory assignments across a variety of sectors including the manufacturing, building products, industrial, business services, and technology. Mike holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Darden School at the University of Virginia, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Boston College.

Jennifer Johnson,Vice President of Marketing brings 6 years of financial marketing experience across investment banking and advisory product areas both domestically and internationally. Prior to joining G2, Jenn played a fundamental role on the global marketing team at Canaccord Genuity focused on strategic marketing initiatives and brand management where she and her team successfully completed an all-encompassing corporate rebrand, developed digital marketing campaigns, annual communication strategies, as well as produced large-scale investor conferences and client events. Jenn holds a M.A. in Marketing & Brand Management from the Savannah College of Art and Design and a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Boston College.

Matthew Ball, Associatejoins G2 with a focus on our buy-side and business development efforts. Ball previously served as the Business Development Director at FG Gravel, a glass recycling organization, where he initiated and executed a business strategy to implement a high-tech, recycled product for use within the civil engineering sector. Matthew also spent over two years at AXA Investment Managers as a sales resource in the professional services sector.Matthew is a graduate of High Point University, North Carolina with a Double Major in Finance and Marketing.

Jacob Blau, Analyst joins G2 with a focus on supporting the firm’s restructuring practice. Previously of Analysis Group Blauspent the last 2+ years supporting various litigation and court cases as a financial consultant conducting advanced valuation and financial analyses. Jacob also spent time as a Securities Analyst at Goldman Sachs working primarily on the Interest Rates desk. Jacob graduated from Williams College, majoring in Economics.

G2 Capital Advisors announced today that Konstantin Danilov has joined the Boston office as Senior Associate. Konstantin will focus his time assisting G2’s special situation and restructuring clients overcome liquidity, financial, operational, or market challenges.

Prior to joining G2, Konstantin was a Manager at Analysis Group, one of the largest private economics consulting firms globally, where he specialized in financial analysis related to bankruptcy, reorganization, and related matters. He has experience with matters involving multiple approaches to valuation, complicated corporate structures and accounting issues in some of the largest, most complex bankruptcies in history, including Lehman Brothers, ResCap, General Motors, Polaroid, Paragon Offshore and others. Prior to joining Analysis Group, he was a senior investment analyst at Manulife Financial, where he helped oversee the implementation of liability-driven investment strategies and pension plan restructuring initiatives.

Konstantin is currently a member of the editorial board at the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors Journal and is a member of the investment advisory board at Independence Financial Partners. Konstantin holds a Master of Science in Management/Master of Business Administration double-degree from the MIT Sloan School of Management and HEC Paris. Mr. Danilov received the MIT Sloan Outstanding Thesis Award for his thesis titled “Corporate Bankruptcy: Assessment, Analysis, and Prediction” and was also the recipient of the HEC Paris Academic Award. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a member of the CFA Institute. He has published articles in various outlets, including the Wall Street Journal, the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors (AIRA) Journal, the Journal of Corporate Renewal, the Journal of Investment Management, Law360, and others.

G2 Announced today that Pat Reinhardt has joined the team as Managing Director of G2’s Restructuring Group specializing in operational and financial restructuring. Pat will be based in the Boston office and brings more than 25 years of experience guiding financial turnarounds, joint venture negotiations, mergers/acquisitions and commercial real estate financing. She has experience in a wide range of industries, including education, travel, luxury textiles, furniture manufacturing and retail, government consulting and real estate finance and construction.

Over the last 13 years, Pat ran her own restructuring firm called Reinhardt Lippincott & Co., LLC where she focused on both financial and operational restructurings of lower middle market companies primarily in New England. Pat has sat on numerous boards including ELM Electrical, Package Machinery, and KLD Research & Analytics among others. Prior to starting Reinhardt Lippincott & Co., LLC, Pat served as a MD at DRS Capital, LLC., a private equity fund, CEO of Digi-Block Inc., an educational products company, and President of BOTEC Analysis Corporation, a firm that provides economic analysis of public policy issues.

Pat lives in Wayland, MA and holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Mary Washington.

G2 Capital Advisors is proud to announce the continued expansion of its team with the addition of Nate McOmber, who joins the firm’s Restructuring and Revitalization Practice as Director of Restructuring based out of G2’s San Francisco office. Nate brings two decades of experience in financial, strategic, and operational roles across multiple industries, as well as a strong network in the Technology and Business Services sector in the San Francisco Bay Area.

The Palo Alto native previously served as Senior Vice President for Sherwood Partners where he led dozens of special situation advisory engagements in the early-stage Technology and Business Services space including out-of-court workouts, insolvency proceedings, corporate wind-downs, loan renegotiations, assignments for the benefit of creditors, and asset sale transactions. Nate is recognized for his expertise in implementing comprehensive solutions for troubled companies. Prior to Sherwood Partners Nate held leadership roles within venture-backed cleantech and specialty chemicals companies.

Since February, G2 has added three additional new team members to its Restructuring & Revitalization Practice. Ryan Wittman, Vice President joined the firm after serving as Senior Manager for PerkinElmer, leading the financial team for their services division in the Americas, and acquisitions and divestitures on their Corporate Development team. Prior to PerkinElmer, Ryan was with Brook Venture Partners, a private equity firm focused on the tech–enabled services industry where he led new deal execution and provided CFO services to portfolio companies. In addition, Matt Powers, joined G2 as an Associate from Textron Inc in early February, and most recently Evan Carlson, joined as an Analyst from General Electric where he served as Corporate Development Associate.
