ABOUT THE COMPANY:
Veeco Services (“Veeco”) is a “port-to-door” contract logistics provider and a portfolio Company of Lineage Capital. Veeco provides end-to-end omni-channel supply chain solutions – including transportation, e-commerce fulfillment, distribution, warehousing, and brokerage services.
SITUATION:
Veeco – which had a favorable long-term lease on a large facility and the capacity for rapid growth – sought a partner with whom it could significantly grow its wallet share among existing customers. Veeco was also seeking to expand into new geographies, as well as additional capabilities, including pick, pack, and ship services.
ENGAGEMENT:
Veeco engaged G2 as its exclusive sell-side advisor, and G2 leveraged its substantial experience in transportation and logistics transaction advisory to orchestrate a targeted and successful process for the sale of Veeco.
OUTCOME:
The transaction was successfully executed through a sale to an undisclosed buyer.
