ABOUT THE COMPANY:
The Company is a publicly traded global provider of B2B and D2C fulfillment and customer service.
SITUATION:
The Company divested a large portion of its customer service business but was still carrying the full burden of its original shared services structure. The Company also experiencing problems with timely filings with the SEC.
ENGAGEMENT:
G2 was engaged by the Company to implement an improved process to meet and streamline public accounting requirements. G2 was also providing recommendations around a corporate restructuring plan which would right-size the shared services function.
OUTCOME:
G2 utilized industry professionals and worked collaboratively with management to develop a new corporate infrastructure for the remaining business. G2 also project-managed the accounting close process and helped provide guidance around best practices.
