G2 was engaged by the Company to implement an improved process to meet and streamline public accounting requirements. G2 was also providing recommendations around a corporate restructuring plan which would right-size the shared services function.
G2 utilized industry professionals and worked collaboratively with management to develop a new corporate infrastructure for the remaining business. G2 also project-managed the accounting close process and helped provide guidance around best practices.
