Christopher Casteleyn is Managing Director, Head of Transportation & Logistics at G2 Capital Advisors with over 13 years of experience in finance, specializing in providing advisory services for merger, acquisition, and divestiture transactions as well as strategic assessments. Christopher has significant experience executing cross-border and private company transactions.
Prior to joining G2, Christopher was Vice President at Antares International Partners Inc., an international boutique investment bank based in San Francisco and Paris. He was responsible for all aspects of merger, acquisition and divestiture processes including sourcing and pitching new clients, designing and leading processes, positioning companies, running due diligence and negotiating final contracts. He played a key role in executing approximately $1 Billion in total transaction value over the five years. Based on the extensive number of cross-border transactions Christopher has executed, he has a deep understanding of how to manage business and cultural differences. During his time at Antares, Christopher was involved in transactions across a variety of industries including aerospace and defense, building products, health and beauty products and services, mail and postal services, consumer products and information technology services.
Prior to Antares International Partners Inc., Christopher spent 7 years at Qualcomm Inc. holding a variety of technical accounting and operational finance positions which included SEC Reporting, Internal Audit, Sarbanes Oxley Compliance, Financial Planning and Analysis and Treasury / Cash Management.
Christopher graduated from the University of San Diego with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and earned the Certified Public Accountant designation. He also holds a Masters in Business Administration from University of Wisconsin-Madison with a specialization in Corporate Finance and Investment Banking.
Christopher resides in San Francisco, California with his family and enjoys traveling, playing golf, being outside and spending time with his family.
