Sydney Exler is a Senior Associate at G2 Capital Advisors within the Restructuring & Revitalization Group.
Prior to joining G2, Sydney spent five years at Silicon Valley Bank, where she oversaw loan workouts across a range of industries—managing lender portfolio risk while navigating and supporting company fundraising, restructuring, and wind-down scenarios.
Sydney earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and English from Brandeis University. Before beginning her undergraduate study, she participated in the Nativ College Leadership program, a gap year experience in Israel. Sydney returned to Tel Aviv during college to intern at the venture capital firm Mangrove Capital Partners, where her entrepreneurial affinity was first ignited—an appreciation that led her to several San Francisco startups and continues to guide her work.
Sydney, her husband, and their puppy live in Cambridge, MA. When not enjoying the great outdoors, Sydney can be found sharpening her culinary skills.
