Jereme works exclusively on G2’s buy-side M&A team - specializing in enterprise software and tech-enabled services. Prior to G2 Capital Advisors he was formerly with Citigroup’s Investment Banking division in New York – and later a Partner at TM Capital, where he led M&A advisory engagements in the enterprise software and IT services sectors.
Jereme has successfully executed over 50 transactions worth more than $2.0 billion cumulatively. Jereme spent nine years as a fractional executive in the B2B software industry spearheading corporate development for middle market vendors.
