ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Comprehensive Logistics, Inc. (“CLI” or the “Company”) is a privately-owned business providing innovative supply chain solutions to the world’s leading OEMs and tier 1 suppliers within the automotive, commercial vehicle, recreational vehicle, and durable goods markets. Headquartered in Bonita Springs, FL, the Company delivers a unique combination of engineered warehousing and other value-added services through 20+ locations across 14 states, comprising more than 5 million square feet of facility space.

SITUATION:

CLI experienced tremendous growth in recent years and was executing on a robust pipeline. The Company was seeking to refinance its existing debt and expand its financial capacity to support near-term identified growth opportunities.

ENGAGEMENT:

G2 Capital Advisors, LLC (“G2”) served as the exclusive financial advisor to CLI, providing a combination of capital markets capabilities and industry expertise from its Transportation & Logistics (“T&L”) team. G2 ran a competitive capital markets process and explored a range of solutions, including the full spectrum of capital solutions. By identifying the right financial partners, G2 sought to provide CLI with a financing solution that aligned with ownership and management’s objectives.

OUTCOME:

With the support from G2, CLI closed a transaction through a partnership between TCW’s Private Credit Group (“TCW”) and the incumbent junior capital provider. TCW provided a senior credit facility consisting of a senior term loan and a revolver, unfunded at closing, to be used for growth. In addition, the existing junior capital provider elected to remain involved by rolling its current position, in partnership with TCW, reflecting that firm’s confidence in the Company. “We appreciate the partnership with G2 and their dedication to supporting CLI.
