Tim is a Senior Managing Director at G2 Capital Advisors with over 40 years of operational experience across a broad sector of Manufacturing, Industrial, and Shared Service businesses. He is a leader within our restructuring practice and has significant experience with both operational restructurings and M&A.

Prior to joining G2 Capital Advisors, Tim was an Executive from the Koch Industries, Inc. family of companies. In his 26 years with Koch, 15 have principally been spent in M&A acquisition/integration/divestiture, and operational turnarounds of distressed business units within Koch, principally as a result of acquisitions.

His broad industry experience includes construction & construction products, flooring, mining (coal & gypsum) & aggregates, paper, oil & gas, chemicals, pipelines, agriculture, distribution, shared services, commodity trading and others.

He has a generalist management background, serving in a variety of Sr. Management Roles depending upon the individual business needs and requirements at the time.
