Aaron Keyes

Vice President, Restructuring

Aaron Keyes is a Vice President in the Restructuring & Revitalization practice at G2 Capital Advisors, where he specializes in operational and financial restructuring. He brings deep expertise in liquidity management, performance improvement, capital structure analysis, FP&A, and divestiture or capital raise transaction execution across distressed and going concern situations. 

Since joining G2 in 2018, Aaron has managed a broad range of engagements, including liquidity management, operational turnarounds, balance sheet restructurings, in-court insolvency processes, winddown and liquidation strategies, capital raises, and M&A transactions. His industry experience spans manufacturing, logistics, multi-unit retail, and services, with sub-sector expertise in e-commerce logistics. 

Aaron plays a central role in guiding complex, multi-phase mandates from start to finish. Notably, he helped lead BeavEx Incorporated, a final mile and same-day logistics provider serving over 900 customers, through a Chapter 11 Section 363 sale to TFI International. Over the course of this multi-year engagement, he supported restructuring efforts, provided interim leadership, and managed a competitive sale process that preserved service continuity and secured a strategic buyer. He has also been a key contributor to long-term client relationships, including Marquee, Project Pear, Project Fit and Project Cardio, supporting them through multiple stages of transformation and growth. 

Prior to G2, Aaron served as Manager of FP&A at Parker School Uniforms, where he led the FP&A function for a distressed school uniform manufacturer, driving strategic sourcing, cost reductions, liquidity forecasting, and strategic alternatives scenario modeling. Earlier in his career, he was a Senior Operations Analyst at Speed Commerce, joining through the acquisition of Fifth Gear, an e-commerce services provider. As a Business Analyst with Fifth Gear, Aaron supported G2’s engagement as sell-side advisor in its acquisition process, marking his first collaboration with the firm. 

Aaron earned his Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. He currently resides in Boston, Massachusetts, and enjoys reading, playing tennis, and traveling.
