Situation
Premier Fence partnered with Harkness Capital Partners to support its accelerating growth trajectory. Premier Fence engaged G2 Capital Advisors LLC (“G2”) to support geographic expansion and customer diversification across the greater New England region through acquisition. The mandate is focused on New England commercial fencing, guardrail, and gate and access control businesses that perform installation, repair, and maintenance services.
Engagement
G2 served as the exclusive buy-side advisor to Premier Fence, leading targeted identification and engagement of founder- and family-owned fence, guardrail, and gate and access control installation businesses serving commercial and municipal projects.
Outcome
G2’s mandate with Premier Fence led to the successful acquisition of Fence Crafter. Headquartered in Middleborough, Massachusetts, Fence Crafter brings extensive experience across commercial and residential fencing, serving industrial, government, and commercial clients. Fence Crafter performs installation of fencing and gate automation solutions. The acquisition of Fence Crafter further strengthens Premier Fence’s capabilities across Massachusetts and deepens its gate automation and access control expertise.
