G2 was engaged to represent Midstate Mechanical as its exclusive Sell-Side Advisor and was responsible for running a high-touch divestiture process.
Outcome
Bow River Capital Partners partnered with Midstate Mechanical’s management team to recapitalize and acquire a controlling interest in Midstate Energy, as well as select service assets of Midstate Mechanical. The transaction included the separation and acquisition of the performance contracting and services divisions of Midstate Mechanical.
