Engagement
G2 Capital Advisors, LLC (“G2”) was engaged by BERA’s Secured Lender (the “Lender”) to evaluate strategic alternatives available to the Lender. Following G2’s Initial analysis, the Lender determined to pursue a sale of the assets through an article 9 foreclosure sale process and engaged G2 as exclusive Financial Advisor to manage the process. G2 was tasked with identifying suitable buyers that could leverage BERA’s technology to its fullest potential. G2 conducted a thorough market analysis, identified potential acquirers, facilitated due diligence with interested parties, and facilitated the ultimate auction for BERA.
Outcome
The Harris Poll, a global public opinion and advisory firm, and part of Stagwell (NASDAQ: STGW) acquired BERA. The acquisition will integrate BERA’s cutting-edge AI-powered brand insights and analytics platform into its Harris Quest suite, part of the Stagwell Marketing Cloud, further advancing the predictive capabilities of real-time market research and brand tracking.
