Glenn Bernabeo

Managing Director, Restructuring

Glenn is a Managing Director in G2 Capital Advsors’s restructuring practice. He has over 25 years of experience in sell-side M&A, capital raises, and financial restructurings. Additionally, Glenn has specific sector expertise in the provider side healthcare and real estate industries. 

Prior to joining G2, Glenn co-led the special situations practice at Griffin Financial Group where he guided clients through operational and capital structure challenges. Earlier in his career, Glenn held senior positions at Phoenix Capital Resources, SSG Capital Advisors, and Berwind Financial, and began his professional journey in corporate banking at PNC Bank.

In addition to his advisory career, Glenn’s hands-on experience includes acquiring and turning around a distressed middle-market business, providing him with unique insights into the challenges faced by company owners and management teams.

Glenn holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Bucknell University, an MBA in Finance from Penn State University, and is a CFA charterholder.

Glenn lives in Wayne, PA with his wife and three children.  Having hung up the lacrosse stick several years ago, Glenn now enjoys, playing guitar, snowboarding and cooking southern BBQ on his backyard smoker.
