G2 Adds Senior Leaders to the Capital Markets, Industrials and Manufacturing, and Special Situations Teams

Boston, MA—February 10, 2026—G2 Capital Advisors (“G2”), a leading middle-market investment bank and restructuring advisory firm, announced the addition of three new senior leaders: Parm Atwal, David Bitterman, and Chris Caron.

Parm Atwal, Managing Director, Capital Markets, McLean, VA

Parm comes to G2 with over 20 years of capital markets and leveraged finance experience as both an advisor and principal. He has deep technical expertise across the capital structure and a proven track record of leading business development, credit structuring, underwriting and portfolio management initiatives throughout his career.

At G2, Parm will focus on originating and structuring financing solutions for sponsor-backed companies, leveraging his long-standing relationships and extensive network within the private equity community.

Parm joins G2 from Configure Partners, where he served as a Managing Director advising middle-market companies and financial sponsors on debt and equity capital raises across a wide range of transaction types and structures. Prior to Configure, he spent more than a decade in Sponsor Finance at Capital One. Earlier in his career, Parm held leveraged finance roles at GE Capital, Wells Fargo, and Oxford Finance.

David Bitterman, Managing Director, Special Situations, New York, NY

David arrives having spent more than three decades working as a financial advisor and investment banker across multiple industries that include the automotive, transportation, and industrial sectors. He’s a seasoned capital raiser with a wide breadth of professional relationships that have helped him to build a long track record of successful deal execution that includes capital raises for growth, transition, strategic plans and liquidity needs as well as bridge capital, LBO financing and structured debt and equity. 

At G2, David will focus on special situations investment banking, executing complex capital raises, sale processes, and restructuring transactions.

Before joining G2, David worked as a Managing Director at Sierra Constellation Partners, where he sourced, originated, and executed restructuring and investment banking mandates across various industries. He has also held leadership roles at Huron Consulting Group, where he helped establish the investment banking and capital advisory practice, and Deutsche Bank Securities where he led the High Yield Research team and then as Managing Director in the Industrials Group in investment banking. 

Chris Caron, Managing Director, Industrials & Manufacturing, Detroit, MI

Chris has been a finance and operations leader within the industrials and manufacturing industry for more than 20 years. He’s spearheaded both incremental and transformational change as a C-level executive, leveraging his business acumen, analytical rigor, and strategic vision to translate wide-aperture organizational goals into executable approaches.

At G2, Chris will continue to support client’s buyside engagements, while leveraging the breadth of G2’s service capabilities and his deep industry experience to further build G2’s Industrials & Manufacturing practice.

He arrives at G2 from the middle-market M&A firm Blue River Financial Group, where he served as a Managing Director and led the Manufacturing, Industrials, Distribution, and B2B segment, executing dozens of transactions with a focus on buy-side corporate development and long-term value creation strategies.

Chris has held C-level finance and operations leadership roles across multiple organizations, most notably at HITEC Sensor Solutions, where he spent over a decade helping guide the business through significant industry and market disruption. His work included operational turnarounds, cost and working-capital restructuring, margin improvement initiatives, and supporting growth through strategic repositioning and disciplined execution including during the automotive downturn.
