David Bitterman

Managing Director, Special Situations

David Bitterman is a Managing Director at G2 Capital Advisors on the Restructuring and Revitalization team.

David has more than three decades of experience serving as a financial advisor and investment banker for organizations across multiple industries that include the automotive, transportation and industrial sectors. A seasoned capital raiser and connector with deep relationships at law firms, lenders, and private equity firms, David has cultivated and executed numerous transactions including capital raises for growth, transition, strategic plans and liquidity needs as well as bridge capital, LBO financing and structured debt and equity for stressed and distressed middle-market companies.

At G2, David focuses on special situations investment banking.

Prior to joining G2, David worked as a Managing Director at Sierra Constellation Partners, where he sourced, originated, and executed distressed capital raises, sales, and other restructuring mandates across various industries. He has also held leadership roles at Huron Consulting Group, where he helped establish the investment banking and capital advisory practice, and Deutsche Bank where he led the High Yield Research team and then as MD in the Industrials Group in investment banking.

David earned his B.A. in International Relations from Tufts University and his MBA from the New York University Stern School of Business.
