Red Arts successfully acquired Forestwood Farm, a key milestone in expanding the portfolio’s production capacity and geographic reach. Forestwood now joins Red Arts’ existing portfolio company, Freshway Foods, a leading fresh-cut processor in the Eastern United States, creating a complementary platform that enhances Red Arts’ capabilities and broadens end-market exposure. This combination reinforces the firm’s strategy of building resilient supply chain businesses that deliver industry-leading solutions to a wider customer base.
