Situation
Founder and management-owned Kaiser Consulting was seeking a partner to support the Company’s future growth and build on the strength of its expertise and relationships. Kaiser Consulting sought a partner to collaborate with the existing leadership team to expand its ability to provide additional services to clients in current and new markets.
Engagement
G2 Capital Advisors, LLC (“G2”) was engaged by Kaiser Consulting as its exclusive financial advisor. G2 led a targeted sell-side transaction process focused on identifying the right partner and deal structure to support the strong, differentiated platform Lori Kaiser and her team have built.
Outcome
G2 successfully led Kaiser Consulting through a sale process that achieved our client’s goals through an acquisition by Pine Tree Equity in August 2022. In partnership with Pine Tree, Kaiser Consulting will continue to service its clients in the same industry-leading manner as it has for decades with the same leadership and focus on relationships and client service.
