G2 Deepens Restructuring & Revitalization Practice with the Addition of Zeeshan Mirza as Managing Director 

Boston, MA – October 2, 2025– G2 Capital Advisors, a leading middle-market investment bank and restructuring advisory firm, is pleased to announce that Zeeshan (Zee) Mirza has joined the firm as a Managing Director within the Restructuring & Revitalization practice. 

Zee brings more than two decades of experience leading business transformations and operational turnarounds through interim leadership roles across industries and geographies. He has a proven track record of driving growth, performance improvement, and cultural alignment in complex and challenged environments. His expertise spans board service, interim C-suite leadership, and private equity operating partner roles. At G2, Zee will focus on supporting private equity, lenders, and corporate clients across our core industries. 

Most recently, Zee launched an entrepreneurial venture focused on modular construction financing. Prior to that, he served as an Operating Partner at Golub Capital and Guggenheim Partners, where he worked closely with portfolio company leadership teams to reignite growth, scale operations, and deliver performance improvements. Zee also served in turnaround management roles for STG Partners’ portfolio companies in Europe.  Earlier in his career, Zee was a Senior Manager in Bain & Company’s Private Equity and Performance Improvement practices, and a Director in AlixPartners’ Enterprise Improvement practice. His work has included interim CEO and Chief Transformation Officer roles, as well as transformational mandates across several industries, including business and technology services, consumer services and retail, education, manufacturing, and healthcare.

Zee earned his MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and holds dual BAs in Economics and Religious Studies from Rice University. He will be based in Chicago, focused on sourcing, originating, and executing transformation and interim management engagements.
