Zach Talotta

Vice President, Restructuring

Zachary Talotta is a Vice President in G2 Capital Advisors’ Restructuring & Revitalization group, specializing in operational and financial restructuring with deep experience in the energy, energy services, utilities, and industrials & manufacturing sectors. Over his six years at G2, Zach has led and supported complex engagements spanning operational turnarounds, balance sheet restructurings, in-court insolvency processes, winddown and liquidation processes, capital raises for distressed and going concern businesses, and M&A transactions.

Recognized for his calm, steady presence in high-pressure environments, Zach helps clients navigate chaotic situations with clarity and focus. He is particularly skilled in credit agreement negotiations, liquidity forecasting and management, and strategic alternatives analysis—often extending a company’s liquidity runway to allow management and stakeholders the time needed to evaluate and execute the best path forward.

Zach’s recent work includes advising Williams Industrial Services Group, a leading provider of maintenance and construction services, over a multi-year engagement. G2 helped secure financing, stabilize operations, and guided the company to an optimal outcome. He also played a pivotal role in supporting ACS Industries, a global manufacturer, through lender negotiations and restructuring initiatives. Zach later supported ACS through a refinancing process, culminating in a transformative credit facility that enhanced liquidity, improved structural flexibility, and positioned ACS for strategic growth.

Before joining G2, Zach began his career at GE as part of its Financial Management Program, serving in roles across GE Power, GE Corporate, and GE Capital. He later joined Newell Brands as a Finance Leader in the writing products division, supporting the FP&A team and driving financial performance.

Zach earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Accounting and Quantitative Methods from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts. In 2025, he was honored with the Emerging Leader Award from The M&A Advisor for his outstanding contributions to the restructuring and M&A community.
