Since partnering with PNC Mezzanine Capital (“PNCMC”) in 2019, Parker Young has experienced strong organic growth, acquiring market share through its outstanding service, availability, and expertise. The Company sought to identify a new partner that could support its continued geographic and end-market expansion while maintaining Parker Young’s strong brand reputation and customer-centric culture.

Engagement

G2 Capital Advisors, LLC (“G2”) was engaged as exclusive financial advisor on the strength of the firm’s focus on facility services and high-touch, bespoke execution. G2 worked closely with the Company to evaluate strategic and value-maximizing options for the entities and ultimately led a competitive sell-side process for Parker Young focused on finding the optimal partner to build upon the Company’s established legacy and growth trajectory.

Outcome

G2 successfully led Parker Young through a sale process that resulted in its acquisition by Compass Group Equity Partners (“Compass Group”). Compass Group subsequently announced the formation of Endurant Disaster Recovery, a new restoration platform of which Parker Young serves as a cornerstone. The seasoned management team at Parker Young will continue to lead the Parker Young business under the existing brand.
