Momentum is an industry leader and provider of a full suite of hosted telephony, cloud voice, and connectivity solutions through a single-source managed network offering. Momentum hired G2 Capital Advisors to help solidify its global positioning within voice and connectivity capabilities in new geographies and customer verticals.

ENGAGEMENT:

G2 Capital Advisors, LLC (“G2”) served as the exclusive financial advisor to Momentum Telecom leading a buy-side effort to expand Momentum’s managed cloud services portfolio.
