DAS Health engaged G2 Capital Advisors, LLC (“G2”) as its exclusive buy-side advisor to research, identify, and originate acquisition targets aligned with its expansion into complementary service offerings within the healthcare MSP landscape.
Outcome
DAS Health successfully acquired Prime Care Technologies and Prime Cloud, both divisions of Prime Holdings. Prime Care Technologies is an Atlanta-based provider of integrated managed IT and infrastructure services with nearly two decades of experience serving senior living and long-term care operators. Prime Cloud extends that capability with cloud-hosted solutions purpose-built for the compliance and operational demands of care environments.
Together, these acquisitions broaden DAS Health’s ability to serve senior living operators, from independent and assisted living communities to memory care and multi-site enterprise operators, with Managed IT, Cybersecurity, Cloud Hosting, and Professional Services under one accountable, relationship-driven partner.
