Belcam engaged G2 Capital Advisors, LLC (“G2”) to evaluate and secure a capital solution to support the Company’s continued operations and growth strategy. The Company was seeking to refinance existing debt and expand financial capacity in support of long-term growth objectives.

Engagement

G2 served as the exclusive financial advisor to Belcam, leading a comprehensive capital markets process to secure a new asset-based revolving credit facility. Leveraging deep expertise in the consumer products sector, G2 ran a targeted, competitive lender outreach process to identify a partner capable of refinancing the Company’s existing ABL facility while delivering a flexible financing solution aligned with Belcam’s requirements.

Outcome

G2 successfully secured a new asset-based revolving credit facility for Belcam with MidCap Business Credit (“MidCap”), replacing the Company’s existing facility. The new facility provides a senior secured revolving line of credit, delivering enhanced working capital flexibility and financial support for Belcam’s continued growth across retail and e-commerce channels.
