Management was seeking to broaden its investor base to fund the next stage of development which includes an interconnected data solution as well as find a strategic partnership that could accelerate the development of next generation solutions.

G2 was engaged as the exclusive Financial Advisor to Aperia to identify and engage multiple funding sources and assist with the evaluation and negotiation of a transaction.
Outcome
G2 effectuated a $36MM Series C-1 Equity Raise that was led by Blackhorn Ventures and included participation from Municipal Employees Retirement Systems (MERS) and Consolidated Metco (Con Met).
