Under the leadership of Owner Tim Murch and new CEO Leonard Carder, 4M has executed a robust acquisition strategy, completing 43 transactions since the Company’s inception. This strategic growth, aimed at increasing client and service density in key markets, has positioned 4M as a leader in the janitorial services sector. In partnership with O2, 4M has identified a clearly defined acquisition strategy to continue to support long-term growth in this highly fragmented industry.

Engagement & Outcome

4M and O2 engaged G2 Capital Advisors (“G2”) as the exclusive buy-side advisor to identify and originate acquisition targets that meet the Company’s criteria and expansion goals. G2 vetted hundreds of companies, conducted hands-on market research, and introduced qualified targets to 4M leading to the acquisition of Bluegrass. Bluegrass represents the seventh acquisition that G2 has supported 4M in making.
