Under the leadership of CEO Tim Murch, 4M has executed a robust acquisition strategy, completing 35 transactions since the Company’s inception. This strategic growth, aimed at increasing client and service density in key markets, has positioned 4M as a leader in the janitorial services sector. In partnership with O2, 4M has identified a clearly defined acquisition strategy to continue to support long-term growth in this highly fragmented industry.

Engagement

4M and O2 engaged G2 Capital Advisors (“G2”) as the exclusive buy-side advisor to identify and originate acquisition targets that meet the Company’s criteria and expansion goals.  

Outcome

G2 vetted hundreds of companies, conducted hands-on market research, and introduced qualified targets to 4M leading to the acquisition of Brokate Janitorial (“Brokate”). Brokate represents the fifth acquisition that G2 has supported 4M in making.

Founded in 1995, Brokate provides commercial janitorial services for over three million square feet of space daily in southwestern Missouri. The company also provides specialty services including floor care, window cleaning, routine maintenance, and parking lot sweeping.
