Vice President, Restructuring

Ward is a Vice President at G2, working in the firm’s restructuring practice and leveraging his healthcare background. Before joining G2, Ward held positions as a Managing Director at Capstan Fund, Vice President at Tortola Advisors, and Senior Associate at Healthcare Management Partners, bringing with him a strong background in restructuring, strategic planning, and special situations.

Ward holds a degree in Neuroscience from Furman University and an MBA from Vanderbilt University. He is a member of TMA (Turnaround Management Association).

A native of Nashville, Ward now resides in Boston with his wife and dog. He enjoys skiing,
hiking, and cooking.
