Blake Vaughn

Managing Director, Transportation & Logistics Investment Banking

Blake Vaughn is a Managing Director with G2 Capital Advisors, serving within the firm’s Transportation & Logistics practice. He brings more than 25 years of executive experience across the logistics, e-commerce fulfillment, and supply chain sectors, with a track record of driving operational excellence and transformation in high-growth and complex environments.

Before joining G2, Blake served as President of Transcorp, a subsidiary of Instacart that operates fulfillment centers for grocery retail partners and leverages Instacart’s proprietary technology to enable efficient order fulfillment. Prior to that, he was Chief Operating Officer of SDS Rx, a healthcare-focused logistics provider, and Chief Operating Officer of LaserShip, a leading last-mile delivery company. Earlier in his career, Blake held senior leadership roles including Vice President of Supply Chain Solutions at Fifth Gear, where he collaborated G2’s Transportation & Logistics team as a client.

Throughout his career, Blake has developed deep expertise in e-commerce fulfillment, reverse logistics, transportation management, and final-mile delivery. His hands-on leadership and operational insight have positioned him as a trusted partner to investors and operators navigating today’s rapidly evolving logistics landscape.

Blake has a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from Georgia Southern University and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Notre Dame.  He and his wife split their time between Mason, Ohio, and Atlanta, Georgia.
