Associate, Restructuring

Joe is an Associate at G2 Capital Advisors within the Restructuring & Revitalization Group where he supports the firm’s Restructuring and M&A practices. He specializes in executing complex in-court and out-of-court operational and balance sheet restructurings, winddown and liquidation processes, special situations transactions, and complex stakeholder negotiations.

Joe has advised clients across a range of industries, including Agriculture, Energy, Financial Services, Crypto Currency, Construction & Real Estate, Heavy Machinery, and Technology. His work has spanned company-side and lender-side mandates.

Prior to joining G2, Joe was a Turnaround and Restructuring Services Senior Associate at BDO, where he performed in-court and out-of-court operational turnarounds and financial restructurings. Earlier in his career, Joe worked in Valuation Services at Alvarez & Marsal, a global professional services firm, where he provided valuation advisory services primarily to private equity, hedge funds and business development companies.

Joe earned his Bachelor of Science in Global Business with a concentration in Global Finance and Business Economics from the Fordham University Gabelli School of Business. Additionally, he is an active member in the Turnaround Management Association NYC Chapter. He currently resides in New York, NY, and enjoys boating, playing squash, and traveling.
