Tara Rahman

Associate, Restructuring

Tara Rahman is an Associate at G2 Capital Advisors, supporting the firm’s Restructuring and M&A practices. Prior to joining G2, Tara was a Consultant in the Turnaround & Restructuring practice at Berkeley Research Group, where she advised clients on liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, working capital, wind-down planning, and other complex financial and operational matters across Consumer & Retail and Specialty Finance.

Earlier in her career, Tara worked in Credit Research and Trading at Amundi Asset Management, with a focus on high-yield bonds and leveraged loans. In this role, she analyzed corporate credit, financial performance, capital structures, and industry trends to support investment and trading decisions. Her background spans restructuring, credit markets, financial modeling, and data analytics.

Tara earned her MBA from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business, with concentrations in Data Analytics and Entrepreneurship, and holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Sociology from Boston College. Outside of work, Tara enjoys traveling, reading, and considers herself an avid puzzler.
