Rachel Slayton

Senior Associate, Talent

Rachel Slayton is a Senior Associate, Talent on G2’s Talent Team. In this role, she supports the full employee lifecycle — from onboarding and professional development to performance management and HR operations — while partnering with leadership and managers to strengthen team culture and employee experience.

Rachel brings a foundation in Organizational Psychology to her HR work, with experience spanning talent programs, employee lifecycle management, and people operations across a range of organizations, including financial services, nonprofit, and consulting organizations. Before joining G2, she worked at the Iris Group, the Community FoodBank of New Jersey, and Park Square Executive Search.

Rachel holds a master’s degree in Organizational Psychology and Talent Management from William James College and a B.A. in Psychology and Anthropology from Brandeis University. She is a board member at BayState IO, a Boston-based organization connecting professionals in the I-O Psychology field. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring local neighborhoods, playing volleyball, and spending time with friends and family in Cambridge, MA.
