Michael is a Managing Director in G2’s Industrials & Manufacturing practice, bringing decades of operational and investment banking advisory expertise. He provides deep industry knowledge and leadership to organizations facing complex challenges.

Prior to joining G2, Michael held senior roles at Capital One Securities, Entia Ventures, and Bank of America, where he was instrumental in driving large-scale transformations, optimizing operations, and executing critical growth initiatives for global strategic and private equity-backed companies.

Michael graduated from Western University with a degree in Finance and Economics. Residing in Darien, CT, with his wife and three young adult children, Michael enjoys swimming, watching his kids play sports, and spending time with family and friends.

Michael holds series 63 and 79 licenses and is a Certified Financial Analyst (CFA).
