Vice President, Restructuring

Kyler Merck is a Vice President at G2 Capital Advisors on the Restructuring & Revitalization team.

Kyler has significant opportunistic investment evaluation and liquidity management experience, with specific expertise in cashflow modelling, executing international transactions, and cross-border financial and liquidity management. He has long been a reliable partner for organizations navigating challenging financial difficulties, exercising a keen grasp of financial dynamics and a deep commitment to achieving optimal outcomes for clients across multiple industries, including the aerospace, energy, manufacturing, and transportation and logistics sectors.

At G2, Kyler works on the Restructuring & Revitalization team, managing operational and balance sheet restructurings, supporting special situations transactions, and complex stakeholder negotiations, both in and out of court.

Prior to joining G2, Kyler was a Restructuring Manager at the CR3 Partners, where he developed and implemented operational and financial restructuring strategies for distressed middle-market companies. He has also held roles with a primary focus on cash flow management, investment analysis, and valuation at RSM, the SMBC Group, the GATX Corporation, and KPMG.

Kyler earned his B.B.A in Accounting and Finance and his M.A. in Accounting from the University of Oklahoma. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
