Chenyi Keyser

Associate, Restructuring

Chenyi is an Associate on G2 Capital Advisors’ Restructuring team, where he supports clients through complex financial and operational transformations. He works closely with management teams, boards, and stakeholders to develop and execute strategic turnaround plans. Chenyi leads workstreams across liquidity management, financial reporting, and operational analysis, and builds sophisticated financial models, including 13-week cash flow forecasts, integrated financial statements, and dynamic revenue and expense forecasting models.

Prior to joining G2, Chenyi served as FP&A Manager at The Vets, one of the largest mobile veterinary platforms in the U.S., where he oversaw financial strategy, capital allocation, and executive decision-making following the company’s merger with BetterVet. Before that, he spent over three years at BetterVet progressing through roles from Staff Accountant to Assistant Controller. In this role, managed treasury operations and financial reporting while leading cost restructuring initiatives that drove significant EBITDA improvements and scaling the company’s finance infrastructure across multiple locations.

Chenyi earned a B.A. in Economics and a minor in Finance from Emmanuel College in Boston. Originally from Seattle, now resides in Boston, he enjoys hiking, bouldering, and finding the best coffee shop in every city he visits.
