Justin Li

Associate, Restructuring

Justin is an Associate at G2, supporting the firm’s M&A and Capital Markets work. He
specializes in executing on financial and operational restructuring.

Before joining G2, Justin worked at Goldman Sachs as a Private Credit Investment Analyst
underwriting securities across capital structure across industries. Prior to that, Justin had
experience in Ventrue Captial and Private Equity at BNP Paribas and Groupe Caisse des
Dépôts.

Justin graduated from the University of International Relations in Beijing and received a master’s in Finance and Strategy from Sciences Po, Paris. Justin lives in Downtown Boston and is fluent in four languages: Mandarin Chinese, Cantonese Chinese, French, and English. He is working on adding Spanish as his fifth language
