Jeff Elmore is a Managing Director in G2 Capital Advisors’ Restructuring & Revitalization group, specializing in stabilizing distressed businesses, as well as developing exit strategies and re-growth plans. Jeff has a proven ability to lead corporate restructuring efforts and enhance business value across multiple industries, with deep experience in Industrials & Manufacturing, Energy Services, Communications & Media, as well as Consumer & Retail. Deeply rooted in business service culture, Jeff is known for forging strong relationships and working well with and leading management teams, while successfully implementing innovative strategies that drive resilience and long-term success.

Jeff’s experience spans serving as a financial advisor and guiding companies through complex restructurings, both inside and outside of court, with significant Chapter 11 expertise. He frequently steps into executive leadership roles, having served as interim CEO, Chief Restructuring Officer (CRO), and Chief Strategy Officer to lead organizations through critical transitions. Most recently, he served as CRO and interim CEO for a large national fitness franchise, where he successfully navigated operational and strategic challenges to position the business for stability and growth.

Prior to joining G2, Jeff was the Chief Restructuring Consultant and Chief Strategist for Quality Companies, a consortium of premier oil and gas production and service companies. Prior to that he also served as President and CEO of Knight Energy Services, a large family-owned business and provider of down-hole rental tools, equipment and related services in the oil and gas industry. Jeff assembled a restructuring team and led the company through a complex restructuring and ultimately a pre-packaged Chapter 11 bankruptcy,

Jeff graduated from the University of Louisiana with a Business Management degree and went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School in New Orleans. Active in his community, he supports several local charities and volunteers regularly at his church. Originally from Lafayette, Louisiana, Jeff splits time between Louisiana and Fort Worth, Texas along with his wife and they enjoy spending time with their four children, two grandchildren, as well as their Aussie, “Maizy” and grand dog, “Bon”. In his free time, Jeff enjoys hunting and fishing, and is also an avid golfer.
