Corey Griffin has over 30 years of experience building, growing, and repositioning asset management and private wealth firms. His expertise spans strategic transformation, operational leadership, and scaling businesses across various markets and client bases, with a consistent record of enhancing revenue and aligning strategy with results. Corey has held pivotal roles, including CEO, COO, President, Chairman, and Board Director, demonstrating a proven ability to drive growth, manage change, and convert strategic vision into outcomes.

Corey previously served as CEO of Boston Private Wealth, a subsidiary of publicly traded Boston Private Financial Holdings (BPFH), where he led a comprehensive transformation, redesigning the business model for an integrated service offering. This shift significantly expanded the firm’s client base, assets, and geographic presence.

Prior to Boston Private, Corey was President of The Davis Companies, a prominent Boston-based real estate firm. His leadership guided the company from a regional investment and development focus to a national platform capable of raising discretionary funds from institutional consultants and investors. Corey also held the role of Chairman and CEO of The Boston Company Asset Management, BNY Mellon’s largest and most profitable asset management affiliate. During his tenure, the firm’s AUM grew from $25 billion to $75 billion, with more than 40 global equity strategies offered across institutional, private client, and retail channels.

Corey holds a B.S. in Economics and a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard University. Corey and his family live in Wellesley, MA. He serves as the Board Chair of the Corey C. Griffin Charitable Foundation, whose mission is to change the trajectory of at-risk youth from under-resourced communities in Greater Boston.
