Associate, Buy-Side Advisory

Tony Cello is an Associate on G2 Capital Advisors’ Buy-Side Advisory team. Prior to joining G2, Tony was a Senior Director at Gartner, partnering with founders, private equity-backed companies, and Fortune 500 executives on growth strategy, M&A initiatives, fundraising, and technology transformation efforts. During his tenure, he earned multiple promotions, President’s Club recognitions, and the firm’s Global Top Achiever award.

Tony also brings entrepreneurial experience, having founded and operated multiple businesses, including a B2B software company that was successfully acquired in 2025. His background spans business development, strategic partnerships, operations, and corporate growth initiatives across software, technology services, healthcare, manufacturing, and industrial sectors.

Tony is currently completing his MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Babson College’s F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Maine.

Outside of work, Tony enjoys golfing, watching movies, and spending time with his wife, Jordan.
