Chris Caron is a Managing Director in G2’s Industrials & Manufacturing practice, bringing decades of operational and advisory expertise.

Chris has more than two decades of finance and operations experience, particularly within the industrials and manufacturing space, where he has navigated both incremental and transformational change, from managing the introduction of new production best practices to overseeing organizational turnarounds and M&As. He offers an uncommon combination of strong business acumen, analytical rigor, and strategic vision. Chris has an aptitude for discerning business on a large scale then narrowing down complexities to develop highly practical and pragmatic solutions that bring Wall Street leadership to main street business.

Prior to joining G2, Chris worked as a Managing Director and spearheaded the manufacturing, industrials, distribution and B2B segment at Blue River Financial Group, a middle-market M&A advisory firm based in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. Chris has also held finance and operations leadership roles across a number of organizations, including Hitec Sensor Solutions, where he worked for more than a decade and navigated multiple major marketplace shifts, including the automotive downturn.

Chris earned his B.S. in Business Administration from Nichols College.
