Kegan Borland

Director, Industrials & Manufacturing Investment Banking

Kegan Borland is a Director at G2 Capital Advisors, where he supports clients across the Industrials & Manufacturing practice. He brings more than a decade of experience leading M&A transactions, corporate strategy, and business development for both private equity-backed and global industrial companies. Over the course of his career, he has led the execution of transactions representing more than $1 billion in aggregate enterprise value.

Prior to joining G2, Kegan served as Director of Corporate Development at DexKo Global, a leading manufacturer of engineered components for trailers, towable equipment, and RVs. In this role, he was responsible for both organic and inorganic growth strategies and contributed significantly to the company’s expansion. His work spanned the full deal lifecycle—from sourcing and negotiation through diligence, integration, and oversight of acquired businesses.

Earlier in his career, Kegan was a Senior Finance Manager in the corporate development group at Tenneco Corporation and began his M&A career in investment banking at Doeren Mayhew Capital Advisors, where he executed numerous sell-side transactions in the industrials sector. 

Kegan holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business with a concentration in Finance, and a B.A. from Kenyon College, where he was a three-time NCAA champion swimmer and 15-time All-American. He lives in Metro Detroit with his wife and two children and enjoys golf, skiing, basketball and spending time with his family.
