Mid-Year 2025 Promotions: 

• Jeremy Caulkins – Promoted to Senior Associate, Buy-Side Advisory 
  Jeremy plays a pivotal role in driving G2’s proprietary outreach efforts and supporting clients through strategic growth initiatives via acquisition. In addition to his client-facing work, Jeremy also leads and provides day-to-day mentorship and training to G2’s growing team of analysts and senior analysts, helping to develop talent and foster a strong culture of performance across the platform. 

• Mandy McGrath – Promoted to Accounting Manager 
  Mandy continues to enhance the sophistication of G2’s financial operations, supporting scale and internal process improvements that are critical to the firm’s long-term growth. Her leadership has been instrumental in improving reporting infrastructure and cross-functional collaboration. 

• Will Sheehan – Promoted to Associate, Buy-Side Advisory 
  Will has been instrumental in supporting buy-side client through G2’s differentiated buy-side process, particularly in proprietary target identification, market mapping and outreach. His thoughtful approach to market research and strategic engagement has helped clients uncover unique acquisition opportunities that align with their long-term goals  

• John Vrablic – Promoted to Associate, Investment Banking 
  John has supported numerous transactions across all of G2’s core industry verticals. He brings a client first mentality, deep analytical rigor, and a strong executional foundation to every engagement.
