Victoria Lizotte is an Associate at G2 Capital Advisors supporting sell-side engagements.

Prior to joining G2, Victoria served as Director of Innovation and M&A at HouseWorks, a Boston-based home care company, where she led corporate development initiatives, including M&A strategy and execution. Before HouseWorks, she was an Investment Banking Senior Analyst at Provident Healthcare Partners, a healthcare-focused M&A advisory firm, where she advised middle-market clients on sell-side and buy-side transactions across the healthcare services sector. Earlier in her career, Victoria spent three years at Mass General Brigham progressing through financial analyst roles, gaining deep experience in healthcare financial planning and analysis.

Victoria earned an M.S. in Finance from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management and a B.S. in Finance with a minor in Health Management and Policy from the University of Miami Herbert Business School. Based in Boston, Victoria enjoys running, traveling, reading, and painting.
