Jeff Weiner
Vice President, Restructuring
Jeff Weiner is a Vice President at G2 Capital Advisors within the Restructuring & Revitalization Group. Here, he helps guide companies through times of transformation by managing operational and balance sheet restructuring initiatives and stakeholder negotiations, in and out of court.
Prior to joining G2, Jeff was a Director at Ernst & Young, overseeing a range of restructurings, including bankruptcy filings. He has also worked at the leading accounting and investment advisory firms Moss Adams and Mackinac Partners, respectively, supporting restructuring engagements, including interim CFO appointments. For the first three years of his work life, Jeff lived in Moscow, editing English language equity research reports at Russia’s largest private bank, Alfa Bank.
Jeff received his Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Russian from Beloit College and his Master of Business Administration from Texas McCombs School of Business. He has achieved accreditation at all three levels of the Certified Insolvency & Restructuring Advisor (CIRA) certification program.
When not supporting companies through change, Jeff is trying to keep up with his two young children and two dogs—or hauling marble tables for his wife’s vintage furniture business.
