Jeff Elmore is a Managing Director in G2 Capital Advisors’ restructuring group, specializing in stabilizing distressed businesses and developing exit and growth strategies. Jeff has a proven ability to lead corporate restructuring efforts and enhance business value across industries, particularly in energy services, manufacturing, and media. Deeply rooted in Southern business culture, Jeff is known for forging strong relationships and implementing innovative strategies that drive resilience and long-term success.

Prior to joining G2, Jeff was the Chief Strategy Officer and Restructuring Consultant for Quality Companies, a consortium of premier oil and gas product and service companies. Jeff also served as President and CEO of Knight Energy Services, which provides rental equipment and services in the oil and gas industry.

Jeff graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a Business Administration and Management degree. He then received a Juris Doctorate from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. Jeff is active with multiple local charities and volunteers regularly at his church. Jeff resides in Lafayette, LA, with his wife and dog. He enjoys spending time with his four children and two grandchildren. In his free time, Jeff hunts, fishes, and plays golf.
